Beginning of history

1996

November 7, 1996. The company's activity began with the commissioning of a workshop for packing oils and lubricants in Poltava. The company employed 8 people. The first customers were car shop owners, market sellers, end consumers.

Investment in CAP

1999

The company acted as an investor in the construction of the Cherkasy Autochemistry Plant (CAP)– one of the largest enterprises in Ukraine, specializing in the production and trade of technical fluids for the automotive industry. The company's products are exported to more than 50 countries. Since 2018, the company has stopped cooperating with CAP.

Opening branch

2001

Opening of a branch in Kharkiv, which serves the territory of Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk and Sumy regions.

Logistic center

2002

Construction and commissioning of a logistics center in Poltava.

Common activity

2003

Creation of a joint venture with Valmi, a major distributor of automotive components. Start of work in new regions – trade in auto parts in Central and Eastern Ukraine.

Production

2005

Opening of a complex for the production, packaging, storage of lubricants with a total turnover of 30 thousand tons/year.

2006

On April 7, 2006, the largest car center in Ukraine was opened under the name "Avtohimkomplekt", which specializes in buying / selling cars, spare parts, car care products, as well as providing car service. In 2020, a rebranding was carried out, the retail direction of the GPL group of companies (car shops and car services) was named ROOLER.

Auto center

2007

On April 7, 2007 the second car center "Avtohimkomplekt" was opened in Kremenchuk, the feature of which is the provision of professional services in the field of painting.

Logistic center

2011

Construction and commissioning of a new office and logistics center in Poltava with a warehouse area of 4200 sq.m.

Car service

2013

Opening of the unique GPL car service, which specializes in servicing both cars and trucks. It serves 25 cars at the same time, has its own painting and restoration department and a turning shop. In 2020, a rebranding was carried out, the retail direction of the GPL group of companies (car shops and car services) was named ROOLER.

Logistic center

2014

Opening of an office and logistics center in Boryspil, which serves the territory of Kyiv region and the city of Kyiv, as well as Zhytomyr, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia regions.

GPL rebranding

2019

In 2019, GPL was rebranded. The company's mission, plans for the next 5 years and a social package for employees were formed. A new identity and strategy for communicating with customers has appeared.

Vira rebranding

2019

In 2019, the brand VIRA was rebranded.
The brand has more than 150 SKUs and includes technical fluids and lubricants.

Own TM

Launch of our own brand of aerosol paints MITKA, which includes automotive and universal lines, varnishes and primers.

Mobil1 Centr

2020

Opening of an authorized Mobil 1 center based on ROOLER car service.
